The book is filled with hundreds of stunning photos。 An older child could easily find exactly what they wanted to do。 The text is broken into easy to read boxes and sections。 The items needed could frequently be found in the house but some of these projects require more diverse and higher quality materials。 The page-through appeal is outstanding in this gorgeous book。 Although this book is a non fiction how-to book it still inspires thoughts of fantasy。 The characters from the movies we all lov The book is filled with hundreds of stunning photos。 An older child could easily find exactly what they wanted to do。 The text is broken into easy to read boxes and sections。 The items needed could frequently be found in the house but some of these projects require more diverse and higher quality materials。 The page-through appeal is outstanding in this gorgeous book。 Although this book is a non fiction how-to book it still inspires thoughts of fantasy。 The characters from the movies we all love are there。 The projects can help us pull a piece of fantasy into the real world。 The color schemes even evoke memories of the movies。 The templates in the back of the book along with step by step instruction in the main section of the book help the reader get the proper aesthetics for the characters。 The table of contents is broken down into five sections: Make-Believe， Games， Art， Activities， and Crafts。 This is followed by Find Your Favorites， a list of movies with their projects and the pages that the projects are on。 This book has stuff for Disney fans of all ages。 It also has plenty of projects that boys will love。 In the past it felt like Disney was all about the princesses。 This compilation is an example of how they have broadened there fan base to include boys more。 I guess my point is that I like this book a lot。 It has something for everyone and its fun。 。。。more

Elizabeth Dowsett's Disney Ideas Book: More than 100 Disney Crafts， Activities， and Games is a little disappointing because as a 2019 edition I expected it to contain some of the characters from Descendants。 It did contain a wealth of ideas for crafts， activities and games （which were made with character themes before they could be played。 I did find the multiple choice Disney character quiz interesting and am thinking of even having my family play it at an upcoming holiday gathering。 Elizabeth Dowsett's Disney Ideas Book: More than 100 Disney Crafts， Activities， and Games is a little disappointing because as a 2019 edition I expected it to contain some of the characters from Descendants。 It did contain a wealth of ideas for crafts， activities and games （which were made with character themes before they could be played。 I did find the multiple choice Disney character quiz interesting and am thinking of even having my family play it at an upcoming holiday gathering。 。。。more
